Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 Sale by Closed Tender
The Montserrat Football Association Inc. invites interested persons to submit sealed tenders for the purchase of two (2) Toyota Hiace buses, bearing registration numbers M2482 and M2692.

2 Vehicles Sold “As Is, Where Is”
The vehicles are being sold strictly as is, where is, with all existing faults, defects, wear, and condition.
The Montserrat Football Association Inc. gives no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, roadworthiness, fitness for purpose, mileage, mechanical status, or future performance of the vehicles.

3 Viewing of Vehicles
Interested persons are encouraged to view and inspect the vehicles before submitting a tender.
Viewing will be available Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the MFA Blakes compound.

4 Tender Submission Requirements
Each sealed tender must clearly state the registration number of the vehicle being tendered for: M2482 or M2692.
Persons are permitted to bid for more than one vehicle. However, a separate tender must be submitted for each vehicle. A single tender covering both vehicles will not be accepted.
Each tender must include the bidder’s full name, contact number, email address, proposed purchase price, vehicle registration number, and signature.

5 Envelope Marking
Each tender envelope must be clearly marked using one of the following formats:
Tender for Purchase of Toyota Hiace Bus – Registration No. M2482
Tender for Purchase of Toyota Hiace Bus – Registration No. M2692

6 Deadline for Submission
All sealed tenders must be received no later than 24 June 2026 at 3PM. Late submissions may not be considered.

7 Right to Accept or Reject Tenders
The Montserrat Football Association Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, including the highest tender, and is not obligated to provide reasons for its decision.

8 Successful Bidder
The successful bidder will be notified by the Montserrat Football Association Inc. The successful bidder will be required to make payment in accordance with the payment terms outlined below.

9 Payment Terms
The successful bidder will be required to pay a 20% deposit within five (5) working days of being notified of the award of tender.
The remaining 80% balance must be paid within fifteen (15) working days of the deposit payment.
The vehicle will only be released once full payment has been received and cleared.

10 Failure to Complete Purchase
Failure to pay the required 20% deposit within five (5) working days, or failure to pay the remaining 80% balance within fifteen (15) working days, will result in the sale being nullified.
Where the sale is nullified due to failure to complete payment, only 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be retained by the Montserrat Football Association Inc. to cover administrative and related costs.
The Montserrat Football Association Inc. reserves the right to offer the vehicle to another bidder.

11 Collection and Transfer
The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with transfer of ownership, licensing, insurance, registration, removal, and transportation of the vehicle.

12 No Liability After Sale
Once payment has been made and the vehicle released, the Montserrat Football Association Inc. accepts no liability for any repairs, defects, accidents, damages, fees, penalties, or other costs associated with the vehicle.

13 Acceptance of Terms
Submission of a tender confirms that the bidder has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

14 Final Decision
The decision of the Montserrat Football Association Inc. shall be final.
