DESCRIPTION:Bus 1\nBus 2\n\n\n\n\nVehicles\n2013 Toyota Hiace\n2001 Toyota Hiace\n\n\nRegistration Numbers\nM2482\nM2692\n\n\nSeating Capacity\n15\n15\n\n\nLeft/Right Hand Drive\nRight\nRight\n\n\nTender Deadline\n24 June 2026\n24 June 2026\n\n\nViewing\nMonday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. until 24 June 2026\n\n\n\n\n\nTerms and Conditions of Sale\n1 Sale by Closed Tender\nThe Montserrat Football Association Inc. invites interested persons to submit sealed tenders for the purchase of two (2) Toyota Hiace buses\, bearing registration numbers M2482 and M2692. \n2 Vehicles Sold “As Is\, Where Is”\nThe vehicles are being sold strictly as is\, where is\, with all existing faults\, defects\, wear\, and condition.\nThe Montserrat Football Association Inc. gives no warranty or guarantee\, expressed or implied\, regarding the condition\, roadworthiness\, fitness for purpose\, mileage\, mechanical status\, or future performance of the vehicles. \n3 Viewing of Vehicles\nInterested persons are encouraged to view and inspect the vehicles before submitting a tender.\nViewing will be available Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the MFA Blakes compound. \n4 Tender Submission Requirements\nEach sealed tender must clearly state the registration number of the vehicle being tendered for: M2482 or M2692.\nPersons are permitted to bid for more than one vehicle. However\, a separate tender must be submitted for each vehicle. A single tender covering both vehicles will not be accepted.\nEach tender must include the bidder’s full name\, contact number\, email address\, proposed purchase price\, vehicle registration number\, and signature. \n5 Envelope Marking\nEach tender envelope must be clearly marked using one of the following formats:\nTender for Purchase of Toyota Hiace Bus – Registration No. M2482\nTender for Purchase of Toyota Hiace Bus – Registration No. M2692 \n6 Deadline for Submission\nAll sealed tenders must be received no later than 24 June 2026 at 3PM. Late submissions may not be considered. \n7 Right to Accept or Reject Tenders\nThe Montserrat Football Association Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any tender\, including the highest tender\, and is not obligated to provide reasons for its decision. \n8 Successful Bidder\nThe successful bidder will be notified by the Montserrat Football Association Inc. The successful bidder will be required to make payment in accordance with the payment terms outlined below. \n9 Payment Terms\nThe successful bidder will be required to pay a 20% deposit within five (5) working days of being notified of the award of tender.\nThe remaining 80% balance must be paid within fifteen (15) working days of the deposit payment.\nThe vehicle will only be released once full payment has been received and cleared. \n10 Failure to Complete Purchase\nFailure to pay the required 20% deposit within five (5) working days\, or failure to pay the remaining 80% balance within fifteen (15) working days\, will result in the sale being nullified.\nWhere the sale is nullified due to failure to complete payment\, only 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be retained by the Montserrat Football Association Inc. to cover administrative and related costs.\nThe Montserrat Football Association Inc. reserves the right to offer the vehicle to another bidder. \n11 Collection and Transfer\nThe successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with transfer of ownership\, licensing\, insurance\, registration\, removal\, and transportation of the vehicle. \n12 No Liability After Sale\nOnce payment has been made and the vehicle released\, the Montserrat Football Association Inc. accepts no liability for any repairs\, defects\, accidents\, damages\, fees\, penalties\, or other costs associated with the vehicle. \n13 Acceptance of Terms\nSubmission of a tender confirms that the bidder has read\, understood\, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. \n14 Final Decision\nThe decision of the Montserrat Football Association Inc. shall be final. \nTender Submission Checklist\nFull name of bidder\nContact number\nEmail address\nVehicle registration number being tendered for: M2482 or M2692\nProposed purchase price\nSignature\nSealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant vehicle registration number \n  \nReady to submit your bid?
